Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance by using ratio analysis and industry average in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI). This research is a descriptive research using secondary data that is financial data taken from Indonesia stock exchange. The financial statements used for the analysis begin from 2010-2016 using time series and cross-sectional techniques. The results of analysis obtained by the company from liquidity analysis that is in the form of current ratio show the performance is not good. For the ability of Solvency in the form of Dept. to Asset Ratio is good enough, because the debt is smaller than the number of assets. Profitability ratios are still brought the standard for ROE caused by intense competition with other similar companies. For the average industry, PT.XL Axiata Tbk is still quite good when compared with PT. Bakri Telecom Tbk, PT.Smartfreen Tbk., PT.Indosat Tbk., But PT.XL Axiata Tbk is under PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk.
