Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, and compensation to employee performance of Population and Civil Registration Lumajang either partially or simultaneously. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. This study tested the hypothesis that there is the influence of transformational leadership, motivation, and compensation to employee performance partially and simultaneously. The results showed that partially to the variables of transformational leadership and motivation does not affect the performance of employees. And for compensation variables affect the performance of employees.
